🎫 Ketentuan & Biaya Pendaftaran

1. Participants must complete the registration form through Google Form that can be accessed through: bit.ly/RegistrationFormBCCBRANDUI2024
2. Participants must meet the following requirements:
   • Follow Instagram @brand.ui, @himaniafiaui & @thebusinessweek
   • Upload the provided twibbon and tag 3 of your friends. Keep it until the end of BRAND UI Business Case Competition 2024. Captions and twibbon can be accessed through (bit.ly/Instagram PostRequirements BCCBRANDUI2024) and must be uploaded in main or public Instagram account. Repost BRAND UI’s Instagram Post about Business Case Competition on your Instagram Story and tag 3 of your friends. (Link provided in the registration form)
3. Make the registration fee payment through: 1881268729 BNI a/n Luqman Marvies Rifai
   • Make sure you add our unique code “001” when paying the registration fee. Example: Rp 200.001.
   • Make sure you add notes to your payment in this format “Regist Phase, Name/Team Name”. Example: Normal Regist, Team Ignite.
4. Confirmation of payment will be sent within 48 hours via email. If you do not receive payment confirmation after 48 hours, please contact the available contact person on the following slide.

🤩 Peserta

Participants must be active students of Diploma (D3), Associate Degree (D4), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) programs at universities across Indonesia or abroad, and their status should be verified with a valid Student Identification Card (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa).

📅 Timeline Lomba

• PRE-COMPETITION PHASE
  • Early Bird Registration => September 2nd – September 8th 2024.
  • Normal Registration => September 9th – September 30th 2024.
• PRELIMINARY PHASE
  • Matchmaking Day via Zoom Meeting => October 6th 2024.
  • Limited On-Site Company Visit and Case Distribution => October 11th 2024.
  • Paper Submission Deadline => October 27th 2024.
• FINAL PHASE
  • Internal Training Day & Technical Meeting *will be held offline => November 22th 2024.
  • Presentation Day & Awarding Night will be held offline in Jakarta => November 30th 2024.

✅ Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Participants must be active students of Diploma (D3), Associate Degree (D4), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) programs at universities across Indonesia or abroad, and their status should be verified with a valid Student Identification Card (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa).
2. One team consists of 3 persons (including Team Leader). For individual registrants, you can make your own team consist of 3 persons through Matchmaking Day on 6th October 2024 via Zoom Meeting.
3. Team members can come from different majors, batches, faculties, and/or universities.
4. Registered participants within a team cannot be replaced.
5. Each person is only allowed to participate in 1 (one) team.
6. Each team can only submit 1 file to be assessed by the judges. Any kind of changes are not allowed.
7. The decisions of the judges are final and inviolable.
8. The business case paper must be original and devoid of plagiarism, which will be verified through signing the Letter of Originality. If plagiarism occurs, the team will be immediately disqualified.
9. The writing of the business case paper must align to the paper writing guidelines.
10. All participants in a team must attend the BRAND UI 2024 Business Case Competition, unless affected by force majeure (natural disasters,
    death, severe illness, etc). Participants who qualify for the final stage but are unable or unwilling to participate on Presentation Day will be disqualified and replaced by another team.
11. All participants are required to be on time at offline or online events and stay until the event concludes.
12. Terms and conditions of BRAND UI 2024 Business Case Competition may change with prior notice through Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, and Website.
13. Participants can choose either Indonesian or English as the language. It won’t affect the assesment results. The language used for the preliminary paper, final pitch deck, and presentation must also be the same.
14. The proposed solutions will become the property of the case collaborator.

💰 Hadiah

1. 1st Winner => IDR 8.000.000 + Samsung voucher with a total value of IDR 3.000.0000 + Two TBI Scholarship packages with a total value of IDR 10.500.000.
2. 2nd Winner => IDR 7.000.000 + Samsung voucher with a total value of IDR 1.500.0000 + Two TBI Scholarship packages with a total value of IDR 5.250.000.
3. 3rd Winner => IDR 6.000.000 + Samsung voucher with a total value of IDR 750.0000 + Two TBI Scholarship packages with a total value of IDR 5.250.000.
4. Best Presentation => IDR 2.000.000 + Samsung voucher with a total value of IDR 500.000.
5. Best Paper => IDR 2.000.000 + Samsung voucher with a total value of IDR 500.000.
